AR: There exists technology for super soldiers. They have been working on these particular prototypes for a while. There are some ready to be of use, but I don't see them in large numbers right now even though the technology is there.

The motive is to use them as replacements for living soldiers. I see war as its motive, predominately. They want to see how far they can go with robotic technology similar to building drone airplanes without a pilot in them. It's the same thing with the super-soldiers. They want them to replace human soldiers and be much more powerful, and indestructible, and kill without a conscience. It is another level of the wargame technology.

In terms of subduing the population, I don't see that as the main motive but, of course, they could use these soldiers for anything they wish. What I'm being shown is they’re being made predominantly for war.

Let me address the whole subduing the population issue and ask Source about that, because it really does look like (at least this week) things are shifting in a positive way. We're going to have more and more governments coming on board working toward a harmonious Earth. Some governments are withdrawing from this paradigm of domination and control and are becoming more interested in the health and welfare of their populations and of the Earth in general. I don't see America following suit yet, however, but hopefully it will.

It's not a worldwide agreement anymore to suppress and control populations. There has been a turn toward people really caring about the Earth herself and I find that really wonderful, actually. The dark energies are still playing their games yes, but it doesn't look like they're going to be able to pull off some of their population control plans.
